Chevron Phillips Chemical Ranked in 2016 Workforce Magazine List of World’s Top 100 Companies for HR

The Woodlands, TX (May 23, 2016) - Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (Chevron Phillips Chemical) has been ranked 54th in the 2016 Workforce Magazine list of the World's Top 100 Companies for Human Resources. In its third annual ranking, editors at Workforce Magazine collaborated with researchers from Human Capital Media Advisory Group, the magazine's research arm, to compile the list.

"This award showcases our continual drive to improve our human capital initiatives," said Greg Wagner, vice president of human resources at Chevron Phillips Chemical. "This recognition is a public acknowledgement of our talent development and workforce efforts, as we strive to be the best place to work."

Companies named in the final results demonstrated high performance in the following core categories: workplace culture, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee development and talent management, HR innovation, leadership development and talent acquisition. Researchers utilized publicly available data from established ranking and benchmarking programs to create the ranking, based on breadth and depth of recognition.

In an effort to further strengthen this year's results, the magazine also joined forces with Glassdoor, an online recruiting and employment website, to incorporate internal data provided by the website which is reflective of employee attitudes about companies that made the final cut.
