The Woodlands, TX (November 19, 2015) - Today, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) named Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP the 2015 Texas Workforce Solutions Employer of the Year at TWC's 19th Annual Texas Workforce Conference in Dallas, Texas.
