Houston Chronicle Names Chevron Phillips Chemical a 2016 Top Workplace

Chevron Phillips Chemical is named one of Houston's top workplaces by the Houston Chronicle.
The Woodlands, TX (November 14, 2016) - Chevron Phillips Chemical has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by the Houston Chronicle for the third year in a row.

Of the 281 small, midsize and large companies surveyed, Chevron Phillips Chemical placed 18 in the large employer category, four spots higher than the company's ranking in 2015.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.

"We're incredibly honored to be named among the top workplaces in Houston for three consecutive years," said Peter L. Cella, president and CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical. "As we continue to grow, we remain committed to maintaining a workplace that's inclusive, innovative and safe. But what really sets us apart is the quality of our talented, dedicated and forward-thinking employees."
