Marlex® 9005 high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is an injection molding grade designed to deliver dependable mechanical performance across a wide range of rigid applications. It provides a balanced combination of stiffness, toughness and chemical resistance, making it well suited for industrial parts, reusable containers, seating components and demanding agricultural end uses.

Backed by Chevron Phillips Chemical’s long-standing leadership in polyethylene development, Marlex® 9005 PE is engineered to provide consistent part quality and reliable processing performance in high-volume manufacturing environments where durability and dimensional stability are critical.
