At CPChem’s Kingwood Technology Center, Ph.D. chemists, laboratory technicians and engineers work closely to develop products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. This team is also dedicated to enhancing product quality, improving existing PAO technology, and developing new applications.

The team at Kingwood Technology Center works on a wide range of projects, from bench-scale experiments to onsite pilot plant analysis. This ensures that process modifications and product improvements are tested extensively before being approved for commercial purposes.

Whether placing an order, making an inquiry or tracking a shipment, our customer service team is available by phone or email—including after hours—to assist you. They ensure safe, on-time deliveries using an integrated order and inventory system and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to meet local transportation requirements.

Our strategically located offices are staffed with experienced technical account managers who are dedicated to assisting customers with any polyalphaolefin requirement.

Global Distribution Capabilities

CPChem operates logistical facilities in Houston, Antwerp and Singapore, offering rail, truck, barge, flexitank or iso-container bulk deliveries, depending on regional availability.

PAOs can be transported via truck, rail, or marine vessel. They can be packaged in small quantities such as 275/330-gallon IBCs or 55-gallon drums (subject to availability by region). Developmental samples of Synfluid® PAO products are available upon request. 

American export shipments are made from the Baytown, Texas petrochemical complex via bulk marine terminals on the Houston Ship Channel. European export shipments are made from the Beringen facility via a bulk marine terminal in Antwerp. Products are loaded on marine vessels using specially designed, dedicated piping to prevent contamination.
